- Internal and external indicators and buttons share the same trigger signal. If one side has issues while the other works normally, the main control system is functioning properly.
- Before conducting any inspections or repairs, ensure the device is powered off.
- If disassembly is required for inspection, strictly follow the official maintenance guidelines.
- Some LED beads are not lit
- All LED beads are not lit but buttons trigger normally
- Buttons do not trigger
- Damaged or faulty LEDs
- Poor line contact or disconnected wires
- Power not connected or power switch failure
- Control board failure
- Button board failure
- Confirm the device is properly connected to power and check if the power switch is working normally
- Check if the device is operating normally. Internal and external indicators and buttons share the same trigger signal. If the internal indicators and buttons work normally, the main control system is functioning properly.
- Check if the connections for the LED indicators and buttons are loose or have poor contact
- Check if the buttons are stuck or damaged
- Restart the device to see if it returns to normal

- Multi-color LED bead displays only some colors

- Confirm the device is properly connected to power and check if the power switch is working normally
- Check if the device is operating normally. Internal and external indicators and buttons share the same trigger signal. If the external indicators and buttons work normally, the main control system is functioning properly.
- Check if the connections on the main control board are loose or have poor contact (at the factory, all connections on the internal indicator circuit board are wrapped with glue, so they should not come loose in theory and do not need to be checked).
