¶ HiMill D1S Buttons and Indicators
This document provides detailed information about the functions and operation methods of buttons and indicators on the HiMill D1S device, helping users understand device status and correct operations.
¶ 📱 Button and Indicator Status Description
¶ Step 1: Power On Complete, Need to Return to Zero
📋 Status Description:
After the device powers on, it displays rainbow changing indicator lights, indicating that a return-to-zero operation must be performed before use.
⚙️ Operation Method:
Click the "Return to Zero" button in the software and wait for the device to complete automatic homing.
¶ Step 2: Device in Idle State, Can Execute Commands
📋 Status Description:
After the device completes homing, it displays blue breathing indicator lights, indicating the device is in idle state and can receive and execute processing commands.
⚙️ Operation Method:
At this time, you can upload G-code files and start processing operations.
¶ Step 3: Device in Alarm State, Need to Return to Zero or Unlock
📋 Status Description:
The device displays red breathing indicator lights, indicating it is in an alarm state and may need to re-home or manually unlock.
⚙️ Operation Method:
Check if the device is in a safe position, re-execute the homing operation, or click the unlock button in the software.
¶ Step 4: Device Successfully Received File, in Ready State
📋 Status Description:
File upload successful, device displays colorful rotating indicator lights, indicating it can start processing.
⚙️ Operation Method:
After confirming the workpiece is securely clamped, press and hold the button for 2 seconds to start processing.
¶ Step 5: Long Press to Start Processing
⚙️ Operation Method:
Long press the button for 2 seconds, the device will start executing the currently loaded processing file.
⚠️ Precautions:
Before starting processing, please ensure:
- Workpiece is securely clamped
- Tool is installed correctly
- Safety door is closed
- No obstacles around
¶ Step 6: Processing Shows Green Progress Light
📋 Status Description:
During processing, the indicator light displays green progress lights, making it easy for users to understand the current processing status.
¶ Step 7: Single Click During Processing, Device Pauses Processing, Displays Orange
⚙️ Operation Method:
During processing, single click the button, the device will pause current processing and the indicator light turns orange.
¶ Step 8: Device in Tool Change State
📋 Status Description:
The device enters tool change state, waiting for the user to replace the tool.
⚙️ Operation Method:
- Manually replace the required tool
- Confirm the tool is securely installed
- Press the button, the spindle automatically moves to the height measurement position to complete height measurement
¶ Step 9: In Pause State, Long Press Button to Resume Processing
⚙️ Operation Method:
In pause state, long press the button for 2 seconds, the device will resume the previous processing progress.
¶ Step 10: Single Click to Show WIFI Connection Status, Green Means Connected to LAN, Orange Means Hotspot Mode
📋 Function Description:
The button can be used to check the device's WIFI connection status.
📶 Status Indicators:
- 🟢 Green: Connected to LAN, can be accessed via IP
- 🟠 Orange: Device is in hotspot mode, need to connect to device hotspot
¶ Step 11: Long Press Button for 5s in Idle State to Restore Hotspot Mode
⚙️ Operation Method:
Long press the button for 5 seconds in device idle state, the WIFI module switches to hotspot mode.
🔄 Post-Reset Handling:
- Need to reconnect to WIFI network
- Reconfigure network parameters
⚠️ Precautions:
- Maintain safety awareness during operation
- Do not leave the device during processing
- Immediately press the button to pause if abnormalities occur
- Regularly check device status and connections
