¶ 1. Table Cleaning
After each processing is completed, the table should be cleaned thoroughly.
Cleaning the table is an important step to maintain good operating condition of the equipment.
¶ 2. Lead Screw and Guide Rail Cleaning
After each processing, check if there are debris on the lead screws and guide rails, and wipe with a dry cloth.
Regular cleaning of lead screws and guide rails can extend equipment service life.
¶ 3. Precautions
⚠️ Cleaning Reminders
- When wiping, try to use dry cloth, avoid corrosive liquids such as alcohol
- When A-axis is not in use, check if there is debris inside the A-axis interface dust plug and ensure the dust plug is tightly closed
- After processing metal, pay special attention to metal shavings on lead screws and guide rails, clean promptly
