¶ Guide Rail Lead Screw Maintenance
¶ 1. Regular Maintenance Instructions
The lead screw and guide rails need regular application of grease to ensure optimal operation.
¶ Precautions
⚠️ Maintenance Reminder
- Before maintenance, please wipe the guide rails and lead screws clean
- Maintenance cycle: every 15 days
- Shorten the maintenance cycle according to usage; if used frequently, recommend every 7 days
- If the equipment XYZ axes make obvious noise when moving, it indicates the lead screw needs urgent maintenance
- If step loss occurs during laser processing, it indicates the lead screw needs urgent maintenance
¶ 2. X-axis Maintenance
- First move the X-axis to the left side, take out the grease from the accessory box, and apply evenly and appropriately to the guide rails and lead screw
- Move the X-axis to the far right, continue applying appropriate amount of grease
- Move the X-axis back to the far left
¶ 3. Z-axis Maintenance
- First move the Z-axis to the highest position, apply grease evenly and appropriately to the lead screw and guide rails
- Move the Z-axis to the lowest position, continue applying appropriate amount of grease
- Move the Z-axis back to the highest position
¶ 4. Y-axis Maintenance
Y-axis maintenance requires laying the equipment on its side. Before laying on side, first control the Y-axis to move to the middle position, then power off and lay on side.
Apply grease evenly to the guide rails and lead screw.
After returning the equipment to upright position, power on and operate normally.
